Shipping policy

 

For international shipments they are divided into: EMS shipping with Posteitaliane and DHL

For shipments with EMS, the package will be delivered within 5 working days. If the package does not arrive within 5 working days, the shipment will arrive within 2 weeks. If the package does not arrive within 15 days, the package and the order will not be refunded and as a seller I abstain from any responsibility.

For shipments with DHL the package will be delivered within 48 working hours. If the package does not arrive within 48 working hours, the shipment will arrive within 1 week. If the package does not arrive within 15 days, the package and the order will not be refunded and as a seller I abstain from any responsibility.

For National Shipments only with EMS courier Italian post office. The package will arrive within 48 working hours, if the package does not arrive, the shipment will arrive within 1 week. If the package does not arrive within 15 days, the package and the order will not be refunded and as a seller I abstain from any responsibility.

Per le spedizioni internazionali si di dividono in: Spedizone EMS con Posteitaliane e DHL

Per le spedizioni con EMS verrà recapitato il pacco entro 5 giorni lavorativi. Se entro i 5 giorni lavorativi non arriva il pacco, la spedizione arriverà entro 2 settimane. Se non dovesse arrivare il pacco entro 15 giorni, il pacco e l'ordine non saranno rimborsati e come venditore mi astengo da qualsiasi responsabilità.

Per le spedizioni con DHL verrà recapitato il pacco entro 48 ore lavorative. Se entro i 48 ore lavorative non arriva il pacco, la spedizione arriverà entro 1 settimana. Per le Spedizioni Nazionali solo con corriere EMS poste italiane.
